DeMatha will host Gonzaga Friday night at 7:30pm in one of the nation’s top basketball rivalry games. The game will be aired live on ESPN2.
The two teams enter the contest tied for 2nd place in what most experts believe is the toughest conference in America, the WCAC. Gonzaga (22-2, 11-2) defeated DeMatha (20-3, 11-2) in a tightly contested two-point game just three weeks ago.
Both teams trail Paul VI in the conference, who remains undefeated in thirteen WCAC games. All three, Paul VI, DeMatha, and Gonzaga are ranked in most national polls.
